Privacy policy

This policy covers the corporate website leonellc.info. Our brand storefronts publish their own policy covering purchases made on them.

1 · Who is responsible

The controller of the personal data described here is , registered office . For any question or request, write to .

2 · What we collect on this website

This corporate website does not sell anything and does not create user accounts. We collect personal data in one situation only: when you voluntarily submit our contact form. In that case we collect the name, organisation, email address, telephone number, country, enquiry type, subject and message that you provide.

Our web server also records standard technical log data (IP address, date and time of request, page requested, browser type) for security and availability purposes. These logs are generated by our hosting provider.

3 · Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry. Contact form data is used solely to respond to what you asked and, where relevant, to continue the resulting business discussion. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us, and your consent given when submitting the form.
  • To keep the site secure and available. Technical logs are used to detect abuse and diagnose faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

We do not use data collected on this website for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent or exchange it.

4 · Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. It stores a single item in your browser's local storage — your chosen display language — so that the site opens in the same language on your next visit. That item stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to a Google server that may log your IP address. If you prefer to avoid this, most browsers and extensions allow third-party font loading to be blocked; the site remains fully usable.

5 · Who we share it with

Contact form messages are delivered to our own mailbox through our hosting provider's mail service. Data from this website is not shared with any other third party, except where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Our hosting and email provider is Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, European Union), acting as our processor.

6 · How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept for up to three years from our last exchange with you, so that we can pick up an earlier discussion, and then deleted. Technical server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider in accordance with its own retention policy.

7 · Where it is processed

Our hosting infrastructure is located within the European Union. Because the company is registered in the United States, personal data may be accessed by our management team from the United States or Europe in the course of responding to your enquiry. Such transfers are limited to what is necessary to answer you and are protected by appropriate contractual safeguards with our processors.

8 · Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Where the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to . We respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9 · Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry messages is limited to the members of our team who need it in order to reply. We keep our hosting and site software up to date and review access periodically.

10 · Purchases on our brand stores

If you have bought a product from one of our brands, the personal data relating to that purchase — your delivery address and phone number in particular — is processed under the privacy policy published on that brand's own store, which sets out the couriers and payment providers involved in delivering your order.

11 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
