How we work, and what we don't do.

This page is written for banks, payment providers and logistics partners. It sets out the nature of our business in plain terms. Corporate documentation is handled separately, through a direct onboarding process.

Nature of the business

LEONE LIMITED COMPANY is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce operator. We design our own consumer brands, have products manufactured under our label, and sell them to end consumers through online stores we own and operate.

Our customers are private consumers. Revenue is the proceeds of retail sales of our own products — collected either at the point of delivery by contracted courier partners, or electronically at checkout through licensed payment providers.

What we are not

To avoid any ambiguity during onboarding, the company:

  • is not a marketplace and does not resell third-party catalogues;
  • is not a payment intermediary and does not hold funds on behalf of third parties;
  • is not a financial institution and provides no financial service, credit or investment product;
  • does not trade in currency, securities or digital assets.

Product categories

We sell beauty, personal-care and wellness products under our own brands. We do not sell prescription medicines, tobacco or nicotine products, alcohol, weapons, counterfeit goods, adult content, gambling services or financial products.

Where a product category requires registration or approval by a local regulator before it may be sold, that requirement is identified before we open the market.

Markets

Our current and planned markets are listed on our markets page. We do not operate in countries subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and we do not knowingly transact with individuals or entities appearing on applicable sanctions lists.

Consumer protection

Each brand storefront publishes its own terms of sale, delivery terms and returns policy, appropriate to the market it serves. Orders are confirmed with the customer before dispatch, and after-sales support is available in the customer's own language.

In cash-on-delivery markets the customer inspects the parcel and pays only on acceptance, which structurally limits payment disputes.

Data protection

We collect only the personal data needed to fulfil an order, hold it under our own policy, and do not sell or rent it. Access is limited to the operators who need it. Our full policy is set out in the privacy policy.

Onboarding and due diligence. Corporate registration details, statutory documents, ownership information and financial records are not published on this website. They are supplied directly to banks, payment providers and other regulated counterparties through a formal onboarding process, under a confidentiality undertaking. Send us your questionnaire via the contact form and we will handle it directly.
