Geographic footprint

Africa today, Eastern Europe next.

We operate where two conditions are met: consumers buy online, and a reliable partner can deliver the parcel and collect the payment. The countries below are either live today or part of our current rollout.

Reading the statuses. Live means we are selling and delivering there today. Expansion means the market is being prepared and is not yet selling at scale.

Regions

Three regions, three different playbooks.

The product may travel, but the operating model does not. Each region has its own payment habits, delivery constraints and regulatory environment, and we adapt to each rather than forcing one template everywhere.

West & East Africa

Our core operating base. Purchases are overwhelmingly settled in cash at the door or by mobile money, so delivery and payment collection are the same operation. Success depends on courier quality and on confirming each order before dispatch.

Western Europe

A mature market where payment is taken by card at checkout and delivery runs on established parcel networks. It gives the company a regulated, card-based revenue stream alongside its emerging-market operations.

🇫🇷 France🇧🇪 Belgium

Eastern Europe

The region we are preparing to enter. It is a natural fit: a strong cash-on-delivery culture, mature parcel networks and EU consumer protection let us reuse the operating know-how we built in Africa, in a higher-value environment.

Market entry

What has to be true before we open a country.

We do not launch on optimism. A market has to clear five conditions before a single advertisement is published there.

ConditionWhat we verify
Delivery partnerA licensed courier with national coverage, a written contract, tracked parcels and a documented settlement cycle.
Payment collectionA legal, traceable way to collect and repatriate funds — cash on delivery via the courier, mobile money, or a licensed payment provider.
Customer contactThe ability to reach every customer in their own language before dispatch, by phone or messaging.
Regulatory clearanceConfirmation that our product categories may be imported and sold, and that any local registration requirement is identified.
A tested pilotA limited launch confirming that delivery, collection and returns behave as expected before we scale.
Logistics

Delivery is not outsourced thinking.

We contract specialist local couriers rather than running our own fleet — but we manage them actively. Dispatch, tracking and delivery outcomes are monitored on our side, not simply taken from the partner's statement.

  • Written agreements — rates, liability, settlement terms and return handling are contractual, not verbal.
  • Parcel-level tracking — every consignment is followed from dispatch to final outcome.
