What we own
Our brands, trademarks, product formulations, packaging, customer databases and online stores are owned by the company. We control the full commercial chain rather than acting as an intermediary.
LEONE LIMITED COMPANY is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce operator. We do not resell third-party goods: we design our own brands, source and package them under our label, then sell them directly to consumers through localised online stores, with contracted last-mile delivery and cash collection in each market.
Three things define our business, and they are the three questions we are asked most often by banks and payment partners.
Our brands, trademarks, product formulations, packaging, customer databases and online stores are owned by the company. We control the full commercial chain rather than acting as an intermediary.
Consumers order on our own websites. Payment is collected either in cash at the point of delivery by our contracted courier partners, or by card and mobile money at checkout, then remitted to the company on a settlement cycle.
West and East Africa form our core operating base. Western Europe provides a mature, card-paying market, and Eastern Europe is our next rollout region — chosen for its strong cash-on-delivery culture and mature parcel networks.
Each brand is wholly owned by LEONE LIMITED COMPANY, with its own positioning, product range, online store and market footprint.
We enter one market at a time, with a contracted local delivery partner and a payment method suited to local habits. Countries are listed with their real operating status — live, in rollout or suspended.
Our operating chain is deliberately simple: we generate demand for our own products, confirm every order before it ships, and rely on contracted partners for delivery and collection in each market.
Products are manufactured to our specification and packaged under our own brand.
Demand is generated through paid social advertising directed to our own online stores.
Every order is confirmed with the customer by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Contracted courier partners deliver the parcel and, where applicable, collect payment.
Collected funds are remitted by the courier or payment provider on a fixed settlement cycle.
Orders, deliveries and settlements are tracked per market in our own reporting.
Our ambition is to run a portfolio of consumer brands that work in emerging and mature markets alike — with the same standard of service, the same traceability of funds and the same quality of experience, whichever country the customer orders from.
A clear, single-entity structure and a business that is easy to describe — the two things partners check first.
A single registered US company holds every brand, contract and partner relationship. No holding chain, no offshore layer.
Due-diligence requests from banks and payment providers are handled in person by our management team, not through a form.
We collect only what an order requires, hold it under our own policy, and never sell or rent it.
A single entity holds the brands, the contracts and the partner relationships — with no intermediate layers.
